Birthdays & anniversaries

Add them once — they print every year. Put a year on an anniversary and it shows the count.

US holidays are already in — including the ones that move, like Easter and Thanksgiving.

Print

One PDF for the copy shop. Photos go in at 300 DPI.

Send that to anyone who should be in it. They tap it and they're in — no password, nothing to install. Everything anybody adds turns up on everyone else's phone within a few seconds.

Want one for your own side of the family? They're at kitchentablecalendar.com — a separate calendar, with its own link and its own people.

Backup

A copy of everything — photos, sizes, positions, birthdays — in one file. Worth doing before the big print, so a wrong tap can't cost you the year.

Updating this on Cloudflare

This calendar is a single file served from your own Cloudflare account. When Claude sends you a newer version, replace it like this — everyone's photos stay put, because they live on their own phones, not in the file.

  1. Make sure the new file is named index.html.
  2. Cloudflare dashboard → Workers & Pages → open family-calendar.
  3. New deployment, drop the file in, deploy.

Starting one from scratch instead? Create application → Upload your static files, drop the file in, name it, Deploy.

Put back an earlier day

The calendar keeps a copy of the arrangement once a day for a week. If somebody clears a month by mistake, this brings it back. Pictures themselves aren't affected.
